Morning Session: £24.50

Mid Afternoon Finish Session: £44.00

Additional Hours: £8.00 per hour

Morning Session: 3 hours of funding & £8.00 per day

Mid Afternoon Finish Session: 5 hours of funding & £13.00 per day

Full Day: 7 hours of funding & £15.50 per day

Additional Hours: £8.00 per hour

Please Note: Children accessing hours outside of their early years funding will be charged at our current hourly rate. 

Early Years Funding

All 3- and 4-year-olds are entitled to 15 hours Universal Early Years Funding. Children qualify for funding a term after their third birthday.

Some 3- and 4-year-olds are eligible for the Extended Entitlement (30 hours Extended Entitlement)

Some 2 year olds, whose parents are working are eligible for 15 hrs funding. Link to eligibility checker: https://www.gov.uk/apply-free-childcare-if-youre-working

Free for Two Year Old Places (FF2). If a family is in receipt of certain benefits, they may be able to access a fully funded place up to 15 hours. These places are given according to availability and at the discretion of the nursery managers & nursery proprietor.

All funding entitlements are valid for the 38 school weeks in the year.

Please note: Once funded sessions are confirmed with the government gateway, we are unable to adjust them until the follow term.

More Information

  • A minimum of 2 - preferably 3 sessions is required as this helps children settle better, get to know their key person and form important friendships.

  • We provide snacks, filtered water and organic cow’s milk.

  • Children bring their own packed lunches and water bottle.

  • Any extra sessions need to be requested and are depend on availability of places and our staff ratios.

  • No refund will be given in the event of a child’s absence due to illness, holidays, or any other reason.

  • Once sessions are booked, they are non-refundable and non-transferable, this is due to staffing requirements that comply with strict regulations on staffing/ ratios. However, we will always do our best to offer any alternative sessions if we have some availability.

  • Any extra sessions need to be requested via email and will depend on availability of places and staff ratios.

  • Sessions are not refundable or transferable due to sickness or any family holidays taken.

  • In the event of us having to close the nursery or unable to open due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances/ forced measures beyond our control, fees will not be refunded.

  • Parents may be liable to pay up to 2 weeks fees in the event of closure.

  • Bank holidays and inset days are not charged.

  • Please collect your child/children on time and notify us if you are running a little late, to avoid being charged a late collection fee.

Notice Period

We require one term’s written notice if you wish to withdraw your child. This needs to be received by the first day of the new term. There are 6 terms in a year.

The Early Years’ Funding from the local authorities is paid to the nursery in Term 2, 4 and 6. It is not transferable, so please bear this in mind should you decide to give notice of your child’s place.
